My lid broke or leaks, will you replace it?

Yes, absolutely. All you need to do is fill out a warranty request and we replace all defective or leaking lids free of charge! Fill out the form here

What is the Healthy Human return policy?

We hope you are happy with your Healthy Human products! If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from healthyhumanlife.com, you can return it in unused and new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange or refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

We do not accept returns of used products (unless they are somehow defective). Bottles that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (e.g., dropped and broken) are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

I’d Like to make a Product Suggestion, How do I submit this to you?

We love hearing from you and we especially love hearing about new ideas that will make Healthy Humans even better. Obviously we’ll have to evaluate the idea to make sure that all our customers would want what you’ve got to offer, but send it on you just never know. Please make sure that when you send it on, you have the idea patented already as we only accept patented ideas. Send us the patent number and a brief description and we’ll get back to you. WARRANTY

My Lid Appears to be leaking, is my O-Ring or Gasket Missing or Going Bad?

Over time, the silicone gaskets and o-rings on our lids may fail or become loose, causing the seal around your cap to fail or leak. Please contact us for a complimentary replacement.

My Stein or Cruiser seems to be Rusting, why is this?

All of our Healthy Human products are made from 18/8 food-grade stainless steel which is safe, durable and BPA-free. It is a highly rust resistant food-grade stainless steel. If it does look like it’s rusting, then there’s no need to worry as it’s more than likely just a mark that’s been left behind by the electropolishing process. This process smooths the surface of the metal and that’s what gives it its super cool shine. Occasionally there are some electrolytes that are left behind on the surface which turn into a rust type color. We promise it’s harmless so no need to stress.

It’s also easy to get rid of. To remove the rust color just soak your Healthy Human overnight with hot water, 1.4 cup apple cider vinegar and 3 to 4 tablespoons of baking soda. Give it a good ole scrub in the morning with a soft brush and it will be good to go.

What Should I Do, I seem to Have a Split Weld in my Healthy Human? Help!

We’re not fans of things going wrong with your Healthy Human so please get in touch with us soon and we’ll replace it for you as fast as we can! What seems to have happened is that there was a weld that wasn’t properly fused.

What is the rattling sound I hear in my Stein?

The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your Stein and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle.

This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If you can live with it, so can we. If it bothers you please follow the instructions here for a full refund.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim?

Healthy Human offers a lifetime warranty on all lids for Steins and Cruisers and a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days after original purchase from an authorized Healthy Human retailer or on healthyhumanlife.com.
