WHAT YOU NEED:

Handful of mint
1/2 of a cucumber, sliced
1/2 a lime
1 cup kombucha (homemade or bought)
1 cup coconut water

WHAT TO DO:

Divide mint and lime between two glasses.
Muddle lime and mint together to release the juice and aroma.
Add 1/2 cup of kombucha to each glass and top with coconut water and sliced cucumber.
