Healthy Human is a proud South Carolina company that ships orders from multiple fulfillment warehouses around the USA.
How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
We make the best effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on USPS and FedEx – typically orders arrive within 4-8 business days of shipping. We do not ship on major holidays.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can then enter the tracking number(s) into the FedEx or USPS websites to follow your new Healthy Human product on its journey from our warehouse to your destination.
Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! Healthy Human is happy to support our service men and women overseas.
Can I ship to international addresses?
At this time we only ship products to the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii.
Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?
Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be asked first for a billing address, then you
will be given an option to “Ship to this address” or “Ship to a different address.”
How is the shipping cost determined?
Currently, our shipping is based on the following for the USA. Shipping is Fedex or UPS ground.
$14.99 and under – $2.95 shipping
$15.00 through $39.99 – $4.95 shipping
$40.00 through $59.99 – $6.95 shipping
$60.00 and up – free shipping
Do I really get free shipping when I order over $60 of products?
Yes! USA Residents receive free standard shipping on their order of $60 or more Healthy Human products.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from HealthyHumanLife.com, you can return your order to Healthy Human for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.
If you have purchased a Healthy Human from one of our dealers or Amazon, please contact them directly for their return policy.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping products back to Healthy Human using a trackable method such as USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Please retain your tracking number for delivery verification.
Healthy Human is not responsible for lost packages. If you request an exchange we will cover shipping costs for your new item back to you. For returns or exchanges, all original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days once your package arrives at our facility for your return or exchange to be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
You will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
