If you purchased a Healthy Human product at a retail store or from another online site and are interested in returning that product, please contact the original store or site directly. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from healthyhumanlife.com, you can return it in unused and new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange or refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.
We do not accept returns of used products (unless they are somehow defective). Bottles that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (e.g., dropped and broken) are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Here’s what to do:
1) Please provide a copy of your HealthyHumanLife.com websales receipt for a full credit card refund. Without a receipt we will issue a credit to your account at current MSRP. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them. If you did not purchase the product on the HealthyHumanLife.com please return the product directly to the company you purchased it from.
2) Mail the return package to:

Please reference your order number from your HealthyHumanLife.com purchase.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete.
Refunds/exchanges take approximately 1 week after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
We credit you for the amount of the product – shipping costs are not refunded.
Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
