Healthy Human Warranty
Healthy Human offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days after original purchase from an authorized Healthy Human retailer or on healthyhumanlife.com on steins, cruisers and rovers. Healthy Human offers a limited lifetime warranty on all lids for steins and cruisers.
What is covered:
Broken or leaking lids: We offer a lifetime warranty on lids. If your lid leaks, cracks or the gasket is not working properly, simply fill out our warranty form for review and possible replacement lid. Do not send your bottle to Healthy Human. If you ship your bottle to us you will be responsible for the shipping charge to return it to you. Click here to submit a lid warranty request.
Products Damaged during shipping: Please contact us immediately if you ordered your product from HealthyHumanLife.com and it arrived damaged. Claim must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date with pictures. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label, once approved we will dispatch a new product.
Rough welds & manufacturing defects: If you receive a stein or cruiser that has an uneven rim or lip or other manufacturing defect please submit a claim within 30 days of purchase date for an immediate replacement. Any claim after 30 days will be processed on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for inspection of product by Healthy Human after 30 days of purchase date.
What is not covered:
Normal Wear and tear: Dents, scratches, fading, paint chips, accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse and improper care are not covered under the Healthy Human warranty.
Cleaning: Cleaning related issues can be solved by watching our cleaning videos and reading our cleaning tips on how to maintain your Healthy Human product.
Dishwasher: Healthy Human does not warranty steins, tumblers and pint cups that have been washed in a dishwasher.
We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Guarantee transferable. We strive to quickly replace defective products with current inventory and sometimes that means a comparable product. Return shipping charges are not covered by Healthy Human.
The total liability of Healthy Human for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Healthy Human product. In no event shall Healthy Human be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Please note your warranty request will be replaced by the same size and color product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser retail value.
