WARRANTY FAQS

  The Healthy Human Warranty Program      

We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last in all environments.

We stand by our products. If something goes wrong, we do our best to help solve the problem.

 

 

We’re extremely proud to stand behind the design, quality, materials, and workmanship that goes into every Healthy Human product. We go to great lengths to create the best product that we can and then we back that excellence with the Healthy Human warranty.

 

We warrant that Healthy Human products will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use if cared for according to the instructions during the Healthy Human product warranty period.

 

The Healthy Human Standard Warranty Terms applies to:

 

COVERED:

  • Material Issues
  • Workmanship Issues
  • Defective Products
  • Products damaged in shipping
  • Purchased in the US & Canada

 

NOT COVERED:

  • Dents, scratches, and other conditions to the product that occur over time considered as normal wear and tear.
  • Fading & Paint Chips
  • Accidental Damage (like a dropped product)
  • Misuse, abusive use, or Intentional damage to the product.
  • Accidents to the product
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Cleaning Related issues
  • Lost or stolen product
  • Accessories (straws and brushes)
  • Dissatisfied with the product

 

WARRANTY PERIOD:

  • 365 DAYS: Bottles, cruisers, bento boxes, gaskets
  • LIFETIME: All bottle & tumbler lids (excludingDents, scratches, and other conditions to the product that occur over time considered as normal wear and tear.)

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

 

Broken leaking lid:  Please do not send your water bottle or tumbler to us - simply follow the instructions below to enter your warranty details for a replacement gasket.  

 

Bottles that have lost their insulating properties:   You can test the vacuum insulation of your Healthy Human at home with some boiling water. Simply pour boiling water directly into your water bottle filling it all the way to the neck. Please be careful to avoid burning yourself. Do not hold your Healthy Human while filing with boiling water.   Do not put the lid on the Healthy Human. Wait for 5 minutes and feel the outside of the product below the neck of the bottle. If you feel any hot spots then insulation has been compromised and you will be eligible for a replacement if the product is within the warranty period.

 

Products Damaged in Shipping:Healthy Human products that are damaged during the shipping process.   If you ordered the product from www.healthyhumanlife.com and it arrived damaged please let us know and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged product and send out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged product.

 

Rattling Bottles:The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your Stein and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If you can live with it, so can we. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new product.

 

International Warranty Claims::If you purchased your Healthy Human from a non USA retailer, please contact that retailer to make a warranty claim and avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delay.

 

Other Information:

Warranty claims will only be approved by Healthy Human if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer.

Please note your Warranty Claim will be replaced by the same size and color Healthy Human. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value.

 

Unfortunately, the replacement of products under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return product. Those that have purchased engraved products will not get an engraved product sent to them under our warranty replacement policy.

 

We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Guarantee transferable.   The total liability of Healthy Human for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Healthy Human product. In no event shall Healthy Human be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
